Bic-Taro AI is an AI assistant platform that lets you chat, research, write, generate code, and create images and other content. Features may change, improve or be removed over time as the product evolves.

To use Bic-Taro AI you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it.

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share, sell or transfer your account to another person.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and AI Safety Policy. We may limit, suspend or terminate access for accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass safety controls, or use Bic-Taro AI for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Some features are available on paid plans or consume credits. Plan requests submitted through the app are reviewed before activation, and access begins once the request is approved.

• Prices and credit costs shown in the app apply at the time of purchase.
• Credits and plan benefits are for use within Bic-Taro AI and have no cash value.
• If a payment cannot be verified, the related plan may remain pending or be declined.

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you submit. You are responsible for having the rights to submit them. Subject to these terms, you may use output generated for you, including for commercial purposes, provided your use is lawful and complies with our policies.

Similar prompts can produce similar output for different users, so output is not guaranteed to be unique.

Bic-Taro AI is an artificial intelligence service. AI-generated text, code, images and other output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee that output is correct, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use generated content, and you should independently verify anything important — especially legal, medical, financial, safety, tax or other high-stakes information — with a qualified professional. Bic-Taro AI is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other licensed professional.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and third-party AI providers we rely on may experience outages, rate limits or degraded performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bic-Taro AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and delete your conversations at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms or our policies are broken, or where required for security, legal or safety reasons.
