Privacy Policy

• Account information: email address, display name, optional profile photo and account identifier.
• Profile preferences you choose to provide, such as country, language, age range and interests.
• Conversations: the messages, prompts, files and generated responses in your chats.
• Usage and technical data: approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, device/browser information, pages visited and feature usage.
• Billing-related details you submit when requesting a plan, such as name, email, phone number and plan selection.

• To provide chat, image generation and other product features.
• To personalise responses (for example language, region and interests).
• To maintain your chat history and account settings.
• To send account emails such as verification, welcome, sign-in and plan updates.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

To generate responses we send the necessary parts of your conversation to AI model providers through a secure server-side gateway. If you connect your own provider API key, requests you route through that key are sent to the provider you selected. Your keys are encrypted before storage and are never sent to your browser or shown in responses.

Bic-Taro AI can save short, durable facts about you so future chats feel more personal. Memory is opt-in by usage, visible to you, and can be reviewed and deleted at any time in Settings → Memory. Please do not ask the assistant to remember passwords, financial details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules so your conversations are only accessible to your account and authorised administrators. Secrets and API keys are stored in secure server-side environment storage and are never exposed to frontend code.

• Delete individual conversations at any time from the chat history.
• Review and clear saved memories in Settings → Memory.
• Edit or remove profile details in Settings → Profile.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email.
• Request account deletion by emailing bictaroai.@gmail.com.

Bic-Taro AI is not intended for young children. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Bic-Taro AI is an artificial intelligence service. AI-generated text, code, images and other output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee that output is correct, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use generated content, and you should independently verify anything important — especially legal, medical, financial, safety, tax or other high-stakes information — with a qualified professional. Bic-Taro AI is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other licensed professional.
